Aspirants and Candidates

If you’re in the ordination process, your denomination or judicatory may send you our way. Our staff regularly counsels candidates and aspirants seeking ministry standing using extensive vocational and psychological assessments as well as focused conversation with both a vocational counselor and a psychologist over the course of two days. 

We will provide both your judicatory and you a comprehensive report detailing your leadership skills, personal temperament and interpersonal style, as well as points of vulnerability and recommendations for personal and professional development. 

Yes, this may be a requirement of your ordination process but we want the experience to benefit you, too! We encourage you to use this program time to reflect deeply on your life experiences, your educational and professional background, and your goals for future growth and development. It will be our pleasure to be your guide!
