Rev. Dr. Diane Weible, M.Div, D.Min

Ministry Coach

The Rev. Dr. Diane Weible is an ordained minister in the United Church of Christ and a certified professional coach with the International Coaching Federation.

Diane has spent most of her professional life working with churches and organizations, journeying with them to reach their full potential and discover the vitality that is within. She was a mission co-worker with Global Ministries in Japan for 12 years, Associate Conference Minister of the Hawai’i Conference for 9 years and Conference Minister of the Northern California Nevada Conference for 8 years.

She is currently the owner of Enkei Resolutions, a coaching and consulting business. She named her business Enkei, the Japanese word for vision to the future, because she is excited about

helping individuals and organizations move forward, grow and transform.

Diane is Vice Chair of the Insurance Board and a member of the Global Ministries Board. She was certified by the Iwate Prefecture in Japan as a Yochien (Kindergarten) Principal, is a trained

mediator with the Lombard Mennonite Peace Center, a former journalist, and a trained fundraising professional.

Her doctorate work in white privilege is a result of what she learned about diversity and inclusion from living in so many different places and is one outcome of her dedication to self-coaching about her own privilege as a white woman in a progressive denomination. Her goal is

to continue to grow and transform in order to show up in multi-cultural, multi-diverse communities in a way that is authentic to her commitments to racial justice.
