Rev. Dr. Jim Stone, M.Div, D.Min

Ministry Coach

Rev. Dr. Jim Stone is an ICF Professional Certified Coach who guides and supports

pastors and leaders who are seeking more fruitful lives, relationships and ministries

that align with their unique design, core values and purpose.

Jim has served as a full time and bi-vocational pastor in churches ranging from

small town to inner-city, including interracial and international congregations. He

has also served as the Director of Mental Health of the Syracuse Rescue Mission

and as a chaplain in various settings. Jim has a M. Div. from Gordon-Conwell

Theological Seminary and a D. Min. in Marriage and Family Ministry from Eastern

Baptist (now Palmer) Theological Seminary.

Jim’s wife, Maureen, is also an ICF Professional Certified Coach. They enjoy being

partners in life and ministry, including coaching couples who are also seeking to

grow and serve together. They live in upstate New York, and love spending time with

Jim’s children and six grandchildren. His oldest son, Tim, was born with severe

disabilities, and was not expected to survive, but lived to be 34. Tim constantly

surprised and inspired many by the way he lived and enjoyed life. Jim’s youngest

daughter, Nikki, was adopted from Vietnam. His daughter, Katie, and son, Dan, are

both physical therapists (following in the footsteps of Jim’s mother). Dan serves in

the Air Force.

Jim’s passion is to help others Trust God and Enjoy Life.
