Martha holds a Bachelors Degree in Finance from Francisco Marroquin University and a
Master’s Degree in Business and Organizational Development from the Incarnate Word University in San Antonio Texas. She is a certified coach by the ICF with a PCC Level Accreditation
since 2017. Martha is currently pursuing the Master Coach Accreditation. She is also certified as a Strengths Coach by Gallup, and a Team Coach by the European Coaching School and holds certifications for the Leadership Circle Profile, DISC, and EQ Assessments. She recently completed an Executive Women in Leadership Program from Cornell University.
Early in her career, Martha held diverse roles with the US Embassy in Mexico, Chile, and Austria as Secretary to the U.S. Ambassador and Commercial Specialist, where she had 3 Success Stories mentioned in the U.S. Congress. She also held a leadership position at the United Nations in Vienna, working for the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty Organization.
Martha has served as Professor of Talent Management at the University Francisco Marroquin and as a Human Resources Manager for Nabla Construction. She also held the position of Consultant and Client Partner for Franklin Covey in Guatemala. For 6 years she was the Culture and Organizational Development Vice President for Grupo Entero and was part of the Board of
Directors of this holding company, where her biggest accomplishment was creating a culture of
greatness observable in the entire holding. She was recognized as success story by Franklin Covey Global. Martha later became the Regional HR Director for Franklin Covey in Latin America. She worked as a Coach Trainer and Mentor Coach, training coaches and assuring a 100% success rate in their accreditation with the ICF. She is currently working as an Executive, Performance and leadership Coach for Building Champions and is serving a second year as the Vice President for the Texas Coaches Coalition.
As an entrepreneur, Martha founded a Coaching and Consulting Firm that partnered with organizations in the areas of strategic planning, organizational culture, leadership development, change management, and high performance team development.
