For 25 years, Michaele served as a trusted nonprofit business advisor, holding positions of deputy executive director and chief financial officer (CFO). Her work is grounded in an appreciation for the sacred intersection of people, purpose, and practice—the human, organizational, and financial dimensions of ministry.
In 2014, she found herself at a personal and professional crossroad, and with the guidance of a professional coach, discovered her life’s purpose— to create sacred spaces of discovery, healing, learning and growth, by living fully in her own skin and inviting others to live fully in theirs. Now, as a Gestalt trained Board Certified Coach (BCC), she creates such sacred spaces with her clients.
Michaele retired from denominational service in 2024 and founded Lampstand Associates, LLC, where she offers coaching and organizational development services. She also designs and facilitates meetings and retreats that foster meaningful engagement, shared accountability, and deeper commitment among participants through dialogue, reflection, and action learning.
When Michaele is not coaching or consulting, she enjoys long walks, spending time with family and friends, playing pickleball, and quiet moments with God.

She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in New Jersey.
