Sandra Dorsainvil is an ordained minister with the American Baptist Churches, USA. Her bilingual abilities in English and French and cross-cultural lived experiences in several countries in Africa, Europe and North America, offer a unique cross-cultural sensitive approach to clients and organizations. She has advanced graduate degrees in pastoral ministry, rehabilitation counseling and psychology from Boston College, and Boston University. She has certificates in peace and justice and transforming communities from Central Seminary and Shalem Institute. Sandra brings over 35 years of human services, counseling, disability advocacy, group retreat facilitation, pastorate, national and international ministry engagements, as well as one on one leadership ministry coaching practice. She is a published author of devotional books, in English Beacons of Hope, Walking with Generosity and Spanish Luces de Esperanza, as well as a Team Leader’s guide for leaders of short-term mission teams of volunteers, Short-Term Mission Team Essentials – Together On The Journey.
Sandra has excellent organizational skills, program development, implementation and community building. Sandra graduated from the Mindfulness Coaching School and is an ICF certified coach. She is the founder of CONNECT-SD,LLC, a coaching consulting practice.
As you participate in group retreats or one on one coaching, Sandra engages in deep listening skills and the ministry of presence to make sure you are seen, heard and covered in prayers.
Sandra lives in Maryland.
