Rev. Seth David Clark, mba, d.min, BCC

Rev. Dr. Seth David Clark loves helping leadership through coaching. Seth is also a scholar, spiritual director, and ordained American Baptist minister who walks alongside folks in all kinds of leadership roles, including ministry leadership, as they figure out how to lead well by digging deep. Beyond seminary, holds an MBA and a DMin, pastors First Baptist Church of National City, and directs The Good Fruit Initiative. He has also taught theology, Christian history, leadership, ethics, and writing in the US and Latin America. He's written four books, including Church at the Wall, with Your Immortality Project coming out in late 2026. Whether he's coaching a burned-out minister, an executive director, or a first-time solo pastor, Seth helps people lead with wisdom, humor, virtue, and a clear sense of purpose.
